We would like to honor our two senior golf athletes. Thank you both for your commitment to the golf team. Coach John Beaman had this to say to these two young men:
“Braden Jennings was a leader on the team. He had the perfect temperament for golf, not letting his emotions get out of control when he did well, nor did he drop when he had a bad shot. Braden understood the only way to get better was to put in the work. He was a consistent attendee of our summer golf program and then he got a job at the golf course so he could continue to practice and play for free. I will greatly miss having Braden on the team.
Isaiah Jackson, I have been trying to get him to come out since his sophomore year. As a Junior, I finally talked him into coming to a practice at Top Golf. He was a natural and he was hooked. He had made the commitment to be a part this season and I was so looking forward to seeing him progress.
I am disappointed that I won’t have a chance to work with these young men. I know they will go on to bigger and better things, but I hope they will always stay in touch and check in once and awhile. Good luck in all your future endeavors. “
