A walk-off left WC Bears on the wrong end of an 8-7 defeat to Lincoln on Thursday. Lincoln was down 7-6 in the bottom of the seventh inning when an error scored two runs for Lincoln.

WC Bears collected 12 hits and Lincoln had three in the high-scoring affair.

In the top of the fifth inning, WC Bears tied things up at five. WC Bears scored one run when Leo Henderson singled.

Andru Campos started the game for WC Bears. The righthander lasted three and two-thirds innings, allowing two hits and five runs while striking out four. Alex Smith and Cooper Hudson entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two and a third innings and two-thirds of an inning respectively.

WC Bears racked up 12 hits. Antonio Graham, Henderson, Hudson, and Kona Hudson each racked up multiple hits for WC Bears. Graham led WC Bears with four hits in four at bats. WC Bears stole seven bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Trey Kates led the way with two.

Bears are on the road Monday, April 5th vs NKC at Macken Park.
