After trailing almost the entire game, the Bingham Girls A Team grabbed a late lead and held on to knock off Pioneer Ridge in the semifinals of the Lewis & Clark Tournament hosted by Nowlin. The Bears featured a balanced scoring attack led by 6 points each from Lauren Douglas and Barlin Gloto. Olivia McGhee, Samantha Soule, Rosie Solomon, and Zoey Vasquez each added 4 points. Bingham made 6 of its 7 free throw attempts in the win.

The Bears improve to 4-1 on the season. Next up is the championship game of the L&C Tournament against Raytown Central on Thursday at 5pm.
